Upon inspection we have found that the manual for this item is missing meaning we are unable to confirm if all the vital parts for assembly are present, however it does seem that the vital parts for assembly are present, if not all the vital parts for assembly are present, their are spare parts available on the retail site ( https://www.step2.com/products/868099-repg?srsltid=AfmBOor-3pNyJRmKqHRsqOwAlbN-NuWvX7YLt820qIgvIklFK8aLCY3v) these can be acquired in case their are any missing pieces, one of the plastic burners for the stove top is slightly popping out and their is a small decolorization stain on the back of one of the plastic pieces, the decal stickers for this item have already been put on, indicating previous use. the black plastic stope top has some cracks from shipping and handling / previous use. This item has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working. see photos below.
