item has broken sensor on charging dock, dock has power but cannot connect to vacuum to charge it (base was tested unable to test vacuum) the mop head attachment has both tabs broken; it still functions just difficult to disassemble the base is replaceable as well is the mop head there are some scuffs on the dirt catcher and dirt in the mop pad and some remaining water residue in the tank suggesting prior use item is to come with 2 mop heads and only has one included
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
