**Tested for power, app connectivity, basic functions (mapping/return home).** Item has some dust/debris build-up in the docking area, dustbin/filter area and in the station itself. There are also residue markings in the reservoirs and some surface scratches on both the station and robot vacuum. Item seems to have a slight issue with moping as next to no water came out from the station which in return made the vacuum not really effective at moping (there could be a slight blockage and could just use a thorough cleaning of the item to help with it effectively working). We tested the item with our own roller brush, mop pads and the mop pod attachments. These parts are missing from this item and as a result of this, the customer will require purchasing them prior to being able to even setup/use the item. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
