There is some light dust/footprints and debris on the scooter as well as on the wheels, and the brake pad is lightly scuffed indicating some prior use, however the light level of dirtiness would seem to imply that it has only seen indoor use, and was likely either a display/demo unit or only very gently used by a customer before being returned - see photos.
