Item shows signs of being previously tried out prior to being returned. There is some minor scuffs/scratches on both the soundbar and some longer scratches on the housing of the subwoofer. Item marked with having issue as it is missing the remote control, the optical cable and the mount brackets. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
