Upon inspection we have found issues with this scooter making it unusable in its current state, the handlebar is completely disconnected, the wires for brakes and part connections are cut, there is damage to the metal parts and some metal parts have broken off. All parts of the scooter are covered in dirt as well as the wheels, there are scuffs, chips, dents and blemishes on this scooter, this is all due to prior heavy use. This scooter may be fixable with heavy repairs. See photos below to view everything included with this listing and its condition. Sold AS-IS.
