Item arrived with damage to the backside of the item. there are large cracks on the back of the item but this does not appear to effect use. There is also an image burned into the screen that shows precious use. additionally this item arrived locked to verizon, a u.s. carrier. This means it cannot be used with canadian carriers but this item can still be used as a travel phone if connected to verizon or a normal smartphone without cellular service. please be aware of this prior to placing bids.
