The plastic casing around the motor at the bottom of the heater has snapped, exposing the motor - see photos. As a result, the swing/rotation function does not seem to work properly. Outside of this, there does not appear to be any other issue with the heater's operation or function as the control panel is responsive and the coil begins to produce heat within a few seconds when powered on.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
