There are scratches and dust markings on the bottom. The black plastic piece for the bottom has come off and one of the plastic tabs on the end that secures it into place has cracked off. Tested for power and roller motor functionality. Ours does not include the bottle of cleaning product or the narrow nozzle attachment. (SEE PHOTOS)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
