Item shows signs of previous use such as mild scuffs/makings on surface and some of the painted areas are faded or rubbed off. Item has white residue on back of main portion by battery pack. Item is missing stickers such as hearts on the nose, and numbers on the plastic flippers on body. Item tested for power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
