Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There is dirt/debris/dust on the docking station and the robot vacuum from previous use. There are also some minor scuffs/scratches on both from previous use/shipping. Item powers on but as seen by the photos, there is a battery error with the vacuum, which as a result makes us unable to fully test the item. The battery will need to be replaced in the vacuum at the very least in order to properly use the item.
