**Tested for power, app connectivity, basic functions (mapping/return home).** Item has some dust/debris build-up in the docking area and dustbin/filter area, residue markings in the reservoirs, some wear on the main roller and side brushes from previous use and some surface scratches/scuffs on the station. Item seems to have a slight issue with moping as next to no water came out from the station which in return made the vacuum not effective at moping (there could be a slight blockage and could just use a thorough cleaning of the item to help with it effectively working). *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
