Their are some scuffs , scratches on the metal parts as well as some parts that are already assembled/ put together meaning this item has been previously assembled, all vital parts for assembly are present. their is some basic hardware but most of the basic hardware is missing, basic harware will need to be acquired elsewhere. see photos
