Please note that this item appears to be brand new but was unfortunatly damaged during shipping, the rear right wheel snapped off. it *seems* that the plastic is still is tact and you *may* be able to reattach the wheel to make the item like new, we also believe that you *may* be able to use the item as it, and just make sure you are holding the handle up instead of letting it rest fully down when in use. item was not tested for power as it needs to be assembled
