Please be aware that this is for the couch and chaise only, it does not come with any arms and the legs for the arms. what is shown in the photo's below is what is present. this item does not come with a box and will require a larger vehicle for pick up. It will have dust present from being in the warehouse.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
