Item only rotates clock wise, is suppose to rotate both ways. Item will need to be troubleshot or repaired. Item has faint hints of litter from test, unused otherwise. Sensor indicate cat inside when no cat is inside may need to clean/troubleshoot. Item was factory reset but issue still consists. Can contact company for troubleshooting.
