product has some dirt and debris present on the spin scrub brush head as well as lint and fluff attached to the brush head and inside the clear plastic above the brush, there is a wet tank with some left over water inside as well. and some other minor and light surface marks and stains on the handle and other areas of the product. product was tested for power.
