Please be aware that this item arrived with signs of light use on the heat surface and the inner pieces of the item but nothing overly significant. Additionally this item arrived without the reusable filter, the pod coffee cup rest, the glass carafe, and the water resevoir but these pieces can be replaced. Tested for basic power. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
