upon inspection, we hve found that their seems to be an issue with the slots for the batteries as they will not clink into place and connect meaning we were unable to test this item for working power, however the batteries themselves have full charge indicating they may be new. their is some grass and lawn matter on this item indicating prior use. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
