when plugged in this item powers on however the only thing that shows up on the control panel is the "o". this seems to be a issue with this printer as we could hear a mechanism inside the printer jamming, we are unsure if this could be fixable with repairs as we are unsure about the error message and what it means. this item is also missing ink cartridges. see photos below.
