There are scratches, dust and coffee residue on the outside. The scoop is broken/cracked. The small plastic flap for the top is cracked and half of it is missing, there is also minor damage to the hinge its supposed to rest on. The plastic on the back of the milk cup has a piece cracked off. Tested for power. (SEE PHOTOS)
