Upon inspection we have found that this item seems to be in new condition, however the connector that connects the power supply to the control panel has prongs that are bent / twisted making it so we cannot connect it to test for power, this may be repairs / replacement in order to fix the issue and test this item for power. we are unsure if this item has any working power due to not being able to test. all parts for usage are present. see photos below.
