Please note that this item arrived loose and when tested staff was able to get power and the lights to turn on but they were not able to get the fans to spin or successfully power start up the testing pc we have. this may be due to item defects or that our testing PC was not able to function with this card. Due to the high value and potential for repair this item is being sold as is and cannot be returned due to non-function. please keep this in mind prior to placing bids.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
