This mattress topper is measured at 76.5" x 58", this is closest to a standard King mattress, which is typically 76" x 80" meaning this mattress is a custom size as the 58" is off from the usual king 80". it is common for king size mattress covers to have this different dimension if they are intended to be used in a rv, thus this mattress topper is listed as a "RV KING". their is some light dust and wrinkles on this item from shipping and handling/ our warehouse that we recommend the customer cleans before use.
