Item arrived loosely packaged with signs of light prior use. there are smudges and minor cosmetic scratches on the keypad. Additionally this item arrived without the strike-box and some of the generic installation hardware but these can be replaced and all essential pieces appear to be included.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
