Please note that this product has been repackaged. The product is missing the power adapter (12V 3A) and the manual. The power adapter can easily be replaceable. The product was tested with the adapter we had in our warehouse. There are minor scratch marks on the base and dust residue on the knobs, there are scratch marks on the display from previous use. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
