The hook is missing from the original packaging. There are water stains around the product, there are dirt/dust residue on the filter from previous use. May require generic hardware for the handle. Please note that this product does not have an indicator light. Tested for power and beep sound. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
