there is coffee grind residue/moisture present due to previous use. missing the silicone cleaning disc, cleaning tabs/descaler. the water tank handle is broken off (does not affect function). tested for power only This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.**
