Item has minor dust/wear on the deck and wheels, a few scuffs and scratches along the exterior from previous use, see photos. Item does not include a charger, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition). *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been inspected by our staff and tested on our warehouse floor. Due to the nature of this testing there may be light dirt or residual dust on the item from handling or storage in our facility at time of pick up.
