The amp has been tested for power and the indicator light works, when strummed, the amp admits a cackling sound so we are unsure if this is an issue with the amp or with the cable for the amp, both can be replaced or purchased separately. It is also missing the tuner and capo but these are both replaceable.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
