**Tested for power, app connectivity, basic functions (mapping/return home).** Item has significant dust/dirt build-up in the docking area, heavy residue markings in the reservoirs, wear on the mop pads, main roller and side brushes, minor debris in the dustbin/filter area, does not include a cleaning brush from previous use, see photos. Item does not include a dustbin bag for the base station; item arrived with black side brushes (instead of white) which may be 3rd party replacements, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. This item appears to have been used for its purpose more than multiple times beyond our companies’ standards of lightly used/handling.
