Item has scratches and signs present from previous use. The two magnetic speakers and subwoofer do not connect or work. The main speaker has been tested for power and audio via bluetooth connection which sounds clean. It is also missing the remote control, hdmi cable and optical cable (can be bought separately)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
