Please note that there appears to be an additional white MDF piece in the box that is broken. When referring to the manual, to the best of our knowledge this piece is not a fundamental part of the build, we could not identify where it would go and should be unnoticeable when finished. Hardware is loose in the box, and you could need additional generic hardware to complete install.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
