The monitor powers on and functions as intended. During inspection, a few stuck pixels were observed in the bottom-left area of the display that illuminate red and do not recover to their intended color, as shown in the listing photos. The stand adjusts smoothly, and the exterior housing and screen surface show minimal cosmetic wear with no cracks or major blemishes. Overall, aside from the noted pixel issue, the monitor remains in good operational and cosmetic condition.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
