Upon inspection we have found some dust on the wheels and some dirt on the cart, their are some scratches and blemishes on the metal parts of this item, the metal parts for the handle seem to be a bit loose however the handle still works as intended but this could cause issue if it becomes looser. this seems to be due to prior light use. see photos below.
