Upon inspection we have found no manual for this item meaning we are unable to confirm if this item has all vital parts for assembly, however it does seem that the vital parts for assembly are present. their are some blemishes and fraying on the metal of this item, this seems to be due to shipping and handling, we have tested this item for power and can confirm it works, batteries are not included. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
