**Tested and working.** Item's switch to adjust the blade angle does not appear to function correctly and simply switches between two angles, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition). Item has significant wear/rust/discolouration on the blade holder and surrounding mechanisms, discolouration on the plug, dust/dirt markings along the exterior from previous use, see photos.

This item appears to have been used for its purpose more than multiple times beyond our companies’ standards of lightly used/handling.
