Please note there are some tears at the bottom of the fabric. We are unable to lay this item fully out as it needs to be installed, so the size is approximate and there may be more rips/tears. Generic hardware may be required for assembly. There is a presence of minor scuffs/scratches at connecting points, indicating prior use. Please note the packaging for this item is extremely large, and may require a larger vehicle to pick up.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
