The tab on the edge of the piece that attaches to the underside of the lid has broken off, making it not lock into place and secure to the underside of the lid properly. The lid can still be properly closed and opened with this piece inside, however you must make sure to properly align the insert as shown in the second image. Ours is missing the inner pot and rack insert pieces. Tested for power. (SEE PHOTOS)
