Please note the scooter does not appear to function. It has power, but does not appear to move. We believe this is due to some electrical repairs made inside the handle bars (see photos attached). Every once in a while it feels like the motor is attempting to move, but immediately stops. This could be repaired with the right skillset, but King of the North does not accept responsibility for this device being non-functional.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
