Please note that this item arrived with signs of light prior use. there is minor dirt/dust in and on parts of the item but nothing significant. additionally this item arrived with damage to the mop pad attachment but nothing overly significant and nothing that appears to effect use. tested for power, suction, mobility, return to base and charging.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
