The unit could not be fully tested under load due to the nature of the item, but the motor powers on and runs without unusual noise or hesitation. There is some water residue present, suggesting prior light use. No visible damage or leaks were observed upon inspection. Cosmetically, the unit has a few surface scuffs from handling and storage. There is some wear on the wheels from previous use. this unit is missing several attachments including all of the attachments nozzles and the 2nd part of the shooter. there is a missing hose as well, we only have what is shown in the listing. please view the photo's attached.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
