Please note that this product has been repackaged. There are minor chip on the bottom edge, and a small external crack on the back side of the guitar behind the string bar. However, the crack does not feel structural when touched. The control panel unit display does not work, tried changing with different batteries but still no power. (Please see photos)

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
