Upon inspection we have found some scuff marks and fraying on the assembly points of the metal parts of this item as well as some imprints on the upholstered material of the headboard and footboard from the metal parts, this seems to be due to shipping / handling and previous assembly, all vital parts for assembly are present. see photos below.
