Item has hairs/debris under the keycaps, several scuffs/scratches along the top edge, general wear from previous use, see photos. Item's down arrow doesn't activate and will likely require a replacement switch, see photos. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
