Please see the second photo — the items circled in red are missing. These include the manual, swirl press, swirl lid, sliding tray on the base, and the Creami 2-pint containers with lids. Additionally, there are visible food and water stains on the outer bowl and blades, as well as scratch marks on the sides and top. The unit has been tested for power and motor function only. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
