Item appears new and unused. One of the drawer front pieces (#1) has a slight crack in part of the edge and a surface crack along one part of it as a result from shipping. This should still function correctly one assembled and installed but customer may require using something like wood glue just to ensure the drawer front stays together. Customer may need some additional hardware to assemble/build item. See attached photos.
