This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition). *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been inspected by our staff and tested on our warehouse floor. Due to the nature of this testing there may be light dirt or residual dust on the item from handling or storage in our facility at time of pick up. Item will need a couple extra screws to properly secure the handlebar console.
