Please be aware that this item arrived appearing brand new but upon inspection it is meant to come with a queen sized mattress cover which is required for use. this can be replaced and will be needed prior to use. staff was able to test for basic power only. see photos.

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
