The unit powers on and passed initial startup, but full functionality could not be tested due to the need for a proper water hookup; it has heavy dents on multiple areas including the side panels, edges, and rear wall—these appear to be cosmetic but are visibly significant and may require attention depending on installation needs; interior components are intact, the control panel is responsive, and no unusual noises were observed during power-up—please review all photos carefully for a complete assessment of the physical condition.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
